Body Love or Neglect

The difference is that when you love your body, you love the way you look, because you also know that taking care of it is by eating correctly and exercising. Body neglect or ignorance is a bit difference in that one does not understand that body still needs to be taken care of. 

The more you eat correctly, which is by eating fruits and vegetables and meat in correct quantities, and exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, like going for a walk or a run is good for you.

 

If you keep eating junk food and refuse to at least go for a walk, then your body is going to react to that very negatively - your arteries are going to get clogged with the extra fat that was ingested from the junk food. When this happens there is not a proper blood flow, which can cause heart attacks, and slower movement of purified blood. 

For this reason, take that walk. Add a few vegetables to your meal. Your body will thank you. it is the only place your soul got to live!
